Don’t worry about running out of propane with our exclusive TLC Plan. Not only is TLC an acronym for the Tender Loving Care you’ll receive from us, it also stands for Tank Level Communicator.

Using exclusive technology, we install a monitor on your tank that communicates with us every night, letting us know the level of propane in your tank and ensuring that you don’t run out.

The tank monitor sends the information wirelessly to a small “gateway module” we connect to your telephone line. Between midnight and 6:00am the unit calls us – at no charge to you – and provides us with tank level and temperature data.

Not only are you not billed for the call, but if you’re using the phone or interrupt the call, we drop off the line and automatically try again later. The call takes only a few seconds and is made to a toll-free number.

If you don’t have a “land line” we may not be able to install a monitor, but you’ll still receive theTender Loving Care you both deserve and expect from us.
