When we speak with you, we’ll ask a few simple questions and come up a plan that works for you. We’ll tell you about our delivery and payment options, our exclusive TLC Plan and answer any questions you have of us.

Be sure to ask about On-line Access to your account. You can view your account history and make payments on-line with your credit card or directly through your bank account.

We can also take the worry out of making payments by arranging to automatically charge your credit card or bank account whenever an invoice is generated. If you want, your emails and statements can be delivered directly to your email box – at no extra charge.

Of course not everyone has joined – or even likes – the new computer generation. We still do billing and accept payments through the mail for your convenience. We aim to please!
